Step 1 Contact Us
After you confirm which product are you interested in, please contat us right now
Step 2 Confirm the Paramter
Please offer us product requirement parameter, such as thrust requirements, linear speed, and stroke length under actual operating conditions.
Step 3 Choose Suitable Model
We will select the appropriate model from ball screws and other types based on your accuracy, load, and efficiency requirements.
Step 4 Calculate
Based on the motor's output torque and speed, and considering the lead screw's pitch, calculate whether the required linear speed meets the requirements.
Step 5 Match
Select the nominal diameter of the lead screw based on the load, and determine the total length (considering stroke, nut length, safety margin, etc.).
Step 6 Selecting Linear guideway
Its must match the load and accuracy requirements of the lead screw to ensure that they can support and guide the moving parts in reciprocating linear motion.
Step 7 Quotation
We will check and calculate the quantities and your all parameter, and discuss with our engineer team, then make a details quotation to you which mention the lead time.
Step 8 Issue PI or Cotract
After receive your quotatioin confirmation, we will ask you offer information including company name, contact person, contact number, and address, and then we make PI or contract for you.
Step 9 Payment Done
After both us sign and confirm PI or contract, you will do the payment or desposit, after we receive the payment, we will start production.(If the product is ballscrew, we will ask engineer remake the drawing to your confirm)
Step 10 Production and Shippment
After we finish production, we will inform you do the balance and contact your designated freight forwarder and assist them in arranging shipment.
